SHIPPING POLICY
In stock items will normally ship within 1 - 2 business days. Items out of stock usually ship within 5 - 10 days. For special orders, contact us for shipping time.
We use a flat rate shipping price. These prices do NOT include shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada, only the continental United States. Please contact us for shipping costs to other areas. Insurance and handling are included in the shipping cost.
RETURN POLICY
All of our products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. If there is a problem with a piece, just let us know. We stand behind every item we make. We will either replace or repair the item or give a refund, depending on the circumstances. Shipping fees are not refundable. (Any damage done during shipping needs to be handled through the shipping company.)
If you don't want or don't like a piece after receiving it, you may return it at your own expense. We will refund the purchase price, less the shipping & handling fee. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom orders (including different stain or dimensions of stock items) and sale items are not refundable.
